BOOKING SEASONS 

In 2025-2026, these seasons are:

• Economy Winter Season 1:​ 13.06.25 – 26.06.25

• Peak Winter Season: ​​ 27.06.25 – 28.08.25

• Economy Winter Season 2:  ​29.08.25 – 06.10.25

• Summer Season: ​​​07.10.25 – 11.06.26

BOOKING WINDOWS

In 2025-2026, the booking windows are:

1. SCHOOL HOLIDAY BOOKINGS 

a) School holiday bookings will be open from 7:00am Monday 31 March to 11:59:59pm Saturday 5 April.

b) School holiday bookings will be allocated in a ballot. The three relevant NSW school holiday weeks for 2025 are:

a. 27 June to 4 July 2025 (many private schools)

b. 4 July to 11 July 2025

c. 11 July to 18 July 2025.

c) School holiday bookings ballot will be for Members with school age children and their Family.

d) Members (unit holders) will be able to book for one week only in the school holiday ballot.

e) Once the booking window has closed the Clubman booking system will draw booking preferences to maximise occupancy and the number of Members that can be accommodated. In order of their drawing, any booking that can be cumulatively accommodated within the lodge’s licensed capacity will be accepted. 

f) Successful and unsuccessful Members (Unit Holders) will be notified by email before end of day on Sunday 6th April.

g) Successful Members (Unit Holders) have until midnight Tuesday 08 April 2025 to finalise their booking by paying through the booking system. NOTE: Failure to pay by 11:59:59pm on 08 April will result in the system automatically cancelling your reservation and releasing it to the club for someone else to book.

2. PRIORITY BOOKINGS

 a) The Priority bookings window will start at 7:00am on Monday 7 April and will close at 11:59:59pm on Saturday 12 April.

Priority status for 2025 will be for members who did not stay at the lodge in Peak Winter season in the last 2 years and new members

3. EARLY BIRD BOOKINGS

a) The Early bird bookings window will start on 7.00am on Monday 14 April and will close at 06:59:59am on Monday 21 April.

4. GENERAL BOOKINGS

a) Members (unit holders) may book any available rooms for themselves, their Family (as defined above), extended family or friends for whole weeks only.
