South Perisher Cooperative Alpine Club’s lease with NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service allows us to sleep 14 people aged 5 and over at a time. 0-4 year olds are not counted in the head count.
SPCAC operates with peak season, shoulder season and summer (off season) rates. For 2025 rates, click here.
Members have first preference to bookings but guests are very welcome. A referral from a member is required. Members can book online through Clubman.
Internet is also available for free during your stay.
The lodge has 7 bedrooms in total of varying configurations.
• Room 1 on the top floor has 1 double bed and 1 single bunk bed (sleeps 4)
• Room 2 on the middle floor (adjacent the women’s bathroom) has 1 tri-bunk with double bed on the bottom, single on top (sleeps 3)
• Room 3 on the ground floor (north east corner) has a tri-bunk with double bed on the bottom, single on top (sleeps 3)
• Room 4 on the ground floor has 2 sets of single bunk beds (sleeps 4)
• Room 5 on the ground floor has 1 double bed (sleeps 2)
• Room 6 on the ground floor has 1 single bunk bed (sleeps 2)
• Room 7 on the ground floor has a tri-bunk with double bed on the bottom, single on top (sleeps 3)







With double glazing, hydronic heating, large communal kitchen, an outside BBQ on the verandah, dining and lounge facilities, drying room and storage, the lodge is perfect for your next visit to Perisher.

Visitor Information
South Perisher aims to provide affordable, comfortable accommodation for its members and guests. Its self-catered family atmosphere promotes co-operation amongst those using the lodge.
When you arrive
Booked members and guests access the Lodge using access codes provided which are emailed a few weeks before your stay.
There is a box at the front glass door and the code below allows access to this for the key to open the main glass door, ensure the key is returned when the door is unlocked, it also contains lock lubricant incase of the keyhole freezing in winter.
Changeover time at the Lodge is 10.00am.

What you’ll need to do
Keeping the lodge running each week requires completing a checklist of jobs. Lodge captains will allocate these to each member and their guests.
Leaving things at the Lodge
Outgoing occupants are permitted to leave a ‘reasonable’ quantity of luggage in the front foyer/laundry areas (if necessary) until no later than 4.00pm on the day of departure.
Lockers and boxes rentals
A limited number of lockers are currently in use to store member’s equipment in the lodge. They cost $50 pa.
