Board Members and other Committees

SPCAC operates as a co-operative, with by a volunteer Board of seven members elected annually at the Annual General Meeting. Other appointed roles help with the general operations of the lodge, and we encourage members to volunteer.

Cooperatives are member-owned, democratic organisations based on self-help, responsibility, and equality. Unlike public companies, voting rights are equal for all members, not based on shareholding.
